The Power of Sound

For thousands of years, sound has been used for transformational processes and rituals.
African tribes played drums which Indians used as well, beside their flutes. In Australia the aboriginals made the didgeridoo amongst other instruments. And in the East, flutes were tools for healing, each note representing a part of the body.
We all can notice how music influences our mood. Some songs make us feel happy or sad, others help us to chill out, make us nervous, rise our energy level or make us feel aggresive. A leaking tap can result extremely annoying while the sound of the sea has a rather relaxing effect on most people. And it is known that a beat in the music can speed up or slow down the rythm of the heartbeat of the person who listens to it.
Music and Sound have the power to influence our mind, our emotions and our body.
Music and Sound are a very powerfull tool for transformation, to help you to induce the change you are longing for.
